Tournament Details

The NORTHVIEW RIDGE CLASSIC is an 18-Hole stroke play Championship for Amateur Golfers (0-16 index).

Full Field Size: 80 players

Amateur Payout: Top Gross Scores in each Amateur Flight win gift certificates and prizes.

Eligibility

Priority will be given to VGT Amateur members. Non-member Amateurs are eligible to play anytime as long as the field is not full at the Registration Deadline.

Entry Fee
VGT Amateurs: $105 plus GST
Non-Member Amateurs: $135 plus GST

Course Details
World-renowned golf course architect and seven-time major tournament champion Arnold Palmer designed this 18-hole course. The Ridge Course consists of 6,900 yards of gently rising terrain, meandering streams and deep, cold lakes. Although tough enough for the PGA Tour and rated among the top 14 conditioned tour destinations, the Ridge is a rewarding test for players of all skill levels.

Directions:
Travelling from Highway #1, take the Port Mann bridge to the 160th exit south, proceed south until you reach the intersection of Fraser Highway and 160th Street. Turn left and following the highway until you reach the intersection at 168th Street. Turn right and travel south down the hill. In distance you will see Northview on your right hand side.

Order of Merit (OOM) points will be awarded in each category of membership. Amateur OOM is based on the following point system:

1st Place: 600 pts 11th place: 100 pts
2nd Place: 400 pts 12th place: 90 pts
3rd Place: 300 pts 13th place: 80 pts
4th Place: 240 pts 14th place: 70 pts
5th Place: 220 pts 15th place: 60 pts
6th Place: 200 pts 16th place: 50 pts
7th Place: 180 pts 17th place: 40 pts
8th Place: 160 pts 18th place: 30 pts
9th Place: 140 pts 19th place: 20 pts
10th Place: 120 pts 20th place: 10 pts
